Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost. Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout. Economy shipping is free on orders of $50 or more.

Processing. Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery. Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days after shipping, depending on your location and the service you choose. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking. We email a tracking link when your order ships.

Address changes. Email info@marselkei.com right away if you need to correct your address. Once an order has shipped we cannot change it.

Lost or damaged parcels. If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered but you did not receive it, contact info@marselkei.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will make it right.
